What are Sundays like?
At Calvary Baptist Church, Sundays are a time for connection, worship, and growth. When you arrive, you’ll be greeted by friendly faces who are eager to help you feel at home. Our worship services last about 75 minutes, during which our worship team will lead us in song to exalt Christ.
We believe in the power of music to draw us closer to God, and we love to worship together as a community. If you bring children, you can feel confident knowing that Calvary Kids will provide excellent care. We offer classes for kids from newborns to 5th grade, with Pre-K through 2nd grade joining us for worship before heading to Calvary Kids Church, and 3rd through 5th grade heading to Equip U for age-appropriate learning.
Before the service, join us at 8:30 AM for a hot breakfast and coffee! We serve grits, eggs, bacon, biscuits, muffins, and more—perfect for fueling your morning and enjoying time with others.

What about my kids?
Calvary Kids offers care for children from newborn to 4 years old during Sunday Small Groups and the Worship Service. Just before the sermon begins, Pre-K through 2nd grade will be dismissed to Calvary Kids Church, while 3rd through 5th grade will head to Equip U for a time of fun and learning tailored just for them!
Additionally, during the Sunday Morning Small Groups period (9:30 - 10:30 AM), there is a children's church class for Pre-K through 2nd grade, and Equip U is available for 3rd through 5th grade, providing a great opportunity for kids to learn and grow in their faith.

Yes, there’s coffee—but you’ll need to come early to enjoy it with breakfast! Every Sunday from 8:30 to 9:30 AM, we serve a full breakfast, complete with bacon, sausage, eggs, pancakes, biscuits, gravy, and more. Join us for a time of fellowship and grab your cup of coffee while you’re here!
What type of music do you sing?
At Calvary, we believe in the power of congregational singing to exalt and pursue Christ. Our blended style of worship includes a mix of traditional hymns and contemporary worship music, uniting us every Sunday to sing psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs as an expression of our love and honor for the Lord.
What do I wear to church?
We encourage everyone to come as they are and dress in what feels most comfortable.
